We want every buyer to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

The site is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not claim full conformance until an audit confirms it. The design includes:

• every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
• text and controls are designed to meet colour contrast minimums in both light and dark themes
• pages use headings and landmarks for screen readers, with a "Skip to content" link
• every form field has a visible label, and errors are described in words and listed at the top of the form
• touch targets are designed to be at least 24 by 24 pixels, the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum
• animation is reduced when your device asks for it, and the Motion switch in the footer turns it off
• the site is designed to work when zoomed to 200 percent and at 320 pixels wide
• images have text alternatives, and illustrations are described as illustrations

Testing and known issues

We last tested the site on 12 October 2026 with automated checks (Lighthouse and axe) on the main pages, in light and dark mode, at screen widths from 280 px to 1440 px. Testing with screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA) is planned.

We have not yet tested the site with screen readers. If anything is hard to use, write to info@aravaliexports.in and we will fix it.

If something does not work for you, email info@aravaliexports.in and tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 5 working days and aim to fix the issue, or give you the information another way, within 30 days.
