Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms cover your use of aravaliexports.in (the "site"), run by Aravali Exports, a sole proprietorship owned by Satish Chand Yadav, of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (full postal address in our Privacy Notice) ("Aravali Exports", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Buying from us is covered separately by our Terms of Sale and Quotation and the Proforma Invoice for your Order.
Who the site is for
The site is for businesses and professionals buying stone for trade, construction or projects. By sending us a form you confirm you are at least 18 and acting for a business.
Information on the site
We work to keep the information accurate, but natural stone varies, and descriptions, colours, sizes and technical values on the site are a general guide. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. A price, specification or delivery date binds us only once it is in a written Quote and an Order formed under our Terms of Sale.
Container estimates and weights from the site's estimator are approximate and depend on the assumptions shown with them. Do not rely on them for booking freight.
AI-generated illustrations
Some pictures on this site are real photographs taken in India; their text alternatives begin "Photograph of", and unless a caption says so they do not show a specific order or a facility we own. Others are illustrations made with artificial intelligence image tools (Google Flow), not photographs; our Legal information page lists which. Illustrations do not show our yard, the quarries we buy from, our staff, our stock, a shipment or any customer's project, and their text alternatives begin "Illustration of". No picture shows the exact stone you would receive. To see the actual stone, ask for a Quote and then samples. More detail is on our Legal information page.
What you can and cannot do
You may browse, use the tools, download our catalogue and share links to pages. You may not:
- copy, republish or sell the site's text, images, design or code, except for sharing a link or quoting a short passage with credit
- present our illustrations as photographs, or present any of our pictures as pictures of your own or anyone else's premises or projects
- use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful
- try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server
- submit false details, or someone else's details without their permission
- use the site in a way that breaks Indian law or the law of your country
Our content and marks
The text, illustrations, logo, page design and code are owned by or licensed to us. ARAVALI EXPORTS and the AE monogram are our unregistered trade marks. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Third-party names (ports, shipping terms, stone trade names) are used only to describe our products and services.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites (for example shipping lines or regulators) are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Availability
We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove any part of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site's general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibility for goods you buy is set by our Terms of Sale and your Order.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice and Cookies and storage page.
Law and disputes
These terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle a dispute by discussion. If that fails within 30 days of a written notice of dispute, it will be resolved by arbitration under India's Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, seated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, in English, as set out in clause 15 of our Terms of Sale and Quotation. Subject to that, the courts at Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction, and either side may ask them for urgent interim relief. This does not affect your right to complain to a data protection authority about how we handle personal data.
Grievances and contact
Questions or complaints about the site: Satish Yadav, Grievance Officer, info@aravaliexports.in (postal address in our Privacy Notice). Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00 IST. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
