- How we export
From enquiry to your port.
What happens after you ask for a price, what we pack it in, which documents travel with it, and where the risk passes to you.
Five steps, one contact the whole way.
Lead time: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to loading at the Indian port, about 4 weeks for large or custom orders. We give you a date for each order before you pay anything.

Tell us the stone and the job
A list, a drawing or a photo. Email is fine.
- 02
A priced quote, then samples
Sizes, finishes, packing and the Incoterm. If the quote works for you, we agree samples before you order.
- 03
Proforma and payment terms
The proforma invoice sets the price, terms and date. Our bank details only ever come on the proforma. If anyone emails you different ones, check with us first.
- 04
Cutting, checking, photos
Your order is cut and finished, then checked in the yard. You approve photos of the actual pieces before packing.
- 05
Crating, documents, shipping
Crated, loaded and booked from Mundra or Chennai. You get the documents and the tracking details.

Cut to your sizes.
Slabs, tiles and special sizes are cut and finished to your list or drawings (PDF, DWG or DXF), then checked against them in the Jaipur yard before packing.

Crates built for a sea voyage.
Wooden crates or pallets, strapped and padded. Each crate is labelled with your order reference and contents. If your country requires ISPM 15 treated timber, tell us and we confirm it in the quote.
Paperwork that travels with the stone.
The exact set depends on your country and the Incoterm. We confirm it in the quote.

| Other terms | Ask. We quote what we can do properly. |
Answers buyers ask for first.

- How is the stone packed?
- Wooden crates or pallets, strapped and padded, each labelled with your order reference. If your country requires ISPM 15 treated timber, tell us and we confirm it in the quote.
- Can I check the actual pieces before they ship?
- Yes. Your order is cut and finished, then checked in the yard, and you approve photos of the actual pieces before packing.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- Mainly the United States, Canada and Europe, then South Korea, the Gulf and Japan. Tell us your port and we say honestly whether we can ship there.

- Lead time: 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to loading at the Indian port, about 4 weeks for large or custom orders.
